Join us for this talk geared toward health professionals, an adjunct to her Monday lecture. Dr. Marci Bowers is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is regarded as a pioneer in the transgender surgical field, being the first transsexual woman to perform sexual reassignment surgeries in the United States. Dr. Bowers speaks nationally and internationally on a number of transgender topics.

Dr. Silenzio is a physician, advocate, and researcher in the area of suicide prevention among LGBT youth from the University of Rochester.
