This site contains my contribution to a scholarly electronic archive of previously unpublished letters by William Wordsworth (1770-1850) and Samuel Taylor Coleridge (1772-1834). These letters are part of the Peal Collection, and are held by the University of Kentucky Libraries, Special Collections and Archives. (The Peal Collection also contains unpublished letters by other Romanticists such as Charles Lamb, Robert Southey, Maria Edgeworth, Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley, and Percy Bysshe Shelley, among others.) This project is under the direction of Dr. Matthew Kirschenbaum of the English Department, and is part of a course in digital texts and images.
