Born in Auburn NY and Raised in Brockport, I come from a small family with only one brother.
Working as a peer mediator throughout Middle and High school inspired me to enter the counseling field.
I attended Nazareth college in Pittsford NY where I majored in Psychology with a minor in History. Interested in both counseling practice and research I am currently enrolled in the Master's program for counseling psychology at the University of Kentucky.
I live in Lexington with my husband who was my "high school sweetheart" and our cat.
I my spare time I enjoy going to the movies, reading, shopping, cooking, and art. I love to travel; Mexico is one of my favorite places.
I am also extremely passionate regarding women's issues especially domestic violence.
Overall my favorite things to do are spending time with family and friends and learning new and interesting information.
