CPH 738: Statistical and Bioinformatics Methods for Next Generation Sequencing Data Analytics (Spring 2017, Spring 2019)

This course is to introduce statistical and computational methods for processing and analyzing genomic data generated by next generation sequencing.

CPH 786: Doctoral Seminar (Fall 2016, Spring 2018)

This course is to introduce doctoral students enrolled in the joint Epidemiology-Biostatistics doctoral program to research.

STA/CPH 580: Biostatistics I (Spring 2014, Spring 2015)

This course, the first of a two-semester sequence in biostatistics, is an introductory course that covers basic statistics concepts and methods used in medicine, public health, and the biological sciences. It also demonstrates using SAS to perform basic statistical analysis.

BST 676: Biometrics II (Spring 2012, Spring 2013)

This course, the second of a two-semester sequence in biometrics, is designed for students in the joint Epidemiology-Biostatistics doctoral program. It develops numerous techniques for constructing and rigorously evaluating point estimators, hypothesis testing procedures, and interval estimators.
